Luis did an outstanding job on our home renovation. He provided excellent value, addressing unexpected issues promptly and finding effective solutions. He painted the exterior beautifully, which garnered many compliments before our home listing. He also remodeled our bathroom, installing new tiles, fixtures, a vanity, and a tiled shower, making it a major selling point. Luis even handled and minor drywall and paint repairs that cropped up. Luis and his team are outstanding professionals. Although his bid was higher than the other estimates we received, he included repairing the extensive rot, painting exterior doors, fixing poorly installed insulation from another contractor and replacing glass in a garage door window. In the estimate walk-thru, he saw things we had not that truly needed attention. His crew was wonderful and very skilled. They left my property in immaculate condition every day. Luis finished the project well within the timeline he initially provided. I highly recommend Luis…I just booked another project with him!
