- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally, when a project starts, 40% is charged at the beginning of the work, then 30% when it is almost finished, and then the rest when the project is closed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My usual process for working with a new client is first of all to make them feel confident with my work, show them photos of my projects, have a good conversation, help them find solutions and save money if possible, give them a good price and help them find a solution for a better project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always try to be punctual, professional, and I focus on making sure my client is satisfied so that I feel good about them and my work.
