- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices varies depending on a number of things. So, we give free estimates! Most of our prices are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, one of our team members will follow up on a request immediately. Depending on the details of the request, we ask questions and we listen to the responses. An inspection time and date will be set up immediately, possibly the same day. After inspection, an estimate contract will be emailed and a team member will follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of us came from the hospitality industry of 10 years + experience. We have successfully been in business for about 3 years now and counting. Our company provides yearly customer service online courses, cleaning and hazardous training and courses which includes OSHA training.
