- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique so a flat pricing structure usually doesn't work for us nor our clients. We work the best we can within the budgets allowed for to make effective and affordable professional content without breaking the budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A pre-production meeting is the first step. We get the clients vision of the project. Then we schedule the shoot, and take it from filming, editing, color grading, to completion.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We handle any photography that may be required, all filming including 4K, and editing. We are also equipped to handle print and radio advertising.
