I have been working with Kathy Speno for about 5 months now. I needed help getting stronger and in shape to have a double lung transplant. I was very weak, couldn't breathe and had a hard time standing for any length of time. Kathy has been working with me and giving me the attention and skills I need to prepare myself for the lung transplant. Since I have been working with her I have gained strength, stamina and even lost weight. She is very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. Thank you Kathy for all your help.
