When it comes to bidding a job we take into account the size of the project, how long it will take and the square footage. We give a 10% discount to First responders / Elderly / Military
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in listening to all of our clients needs. We ask questions, and we explain the process of the job from beginning to end. We make sure that the client has all the tile and material needed for their project, if not we let them know that we are able to supply the necessary material to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rick has completed his apprenticeship and Journeyman with BAC Local 3 Bricklayers, Tile Setters and Allied Craftworkers Union and is Certified Tile Installer with National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) for over 20yrs. Member of Tile Council of North America (TCNA)
