Rick has been amazing. First he installed LVP in two bedrooms that still had carpet. He was less expensive than if I’d purchased at one of the big box stores and hired contractors that work as subcontractors; the quality of his work has been exemplary. Rick also included extensive cleanups before and after installation. I’ve asked him to come back to install LVT in two more rooms, repaint the downstairs, and he doesn’t know it yet, but I’m going to see if he’ll replace the back door to my house. I’m at work and don’t have pictures with me or I would definitely share. If the app allows I will update with pictures later.

Not completed yet. Ran into some complications that Mr Colone is handling adroitly. Has a happy personality, always a smile, very likable. It appears that he can do everything that needs a thoughtful, skilled approach. I am lucky that he agreed to take this project and recommend him highly for being skilled and versatile. The project began as a floor job with repair to 3x3 area of saturation. The subfloor was soon noted to be sopping wet over a much larger area involving a long closet where the water heater and air handler are. He removed the subfloor, removed the wet insulation from the crawl space, reinforced the joists & fixed the lower walls before laying the new subfloor. His assessment of what had to be done was right on from the start.

Rick is the absolute best! The backsplash is beautiful and came out even better than anticipated, especially since he had to navigate awkward spacing and a million outlets in our kitchen. He even offered to come with us to pick out tile to make sure we were getting the right/realistic size, shape, color, and everything. I so appreciated his guidance and responsiveness. Highly recommend!!

When it comes to bidding a job we take into account the size of the project, how long it will take and the square footage. We give a 10% discount to First responders / Elderly / Military
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in listening to all of our clients needs. We ask questions, and we explain the process of the job from beginning to end. We make sure that the client has all the tile and material needed for their project, if not we let them know that we are able to supply the necessary material to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rick has completed his apprenticeship and Journeyman with BAC Local 3 Bricklayers, Tile Setters and Allied Craftworkers Union and is Certified Tile Installer with National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) for over 20yrs. Member of Tile Council of North America (TCNA)
