- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique. I price according to the job, but I do have an hourly range that I aim for when estimating projects. I'm always sure to include the hours to complete the project + finalizing and transferring files + communication time when estimating a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I speak with a potential client to get an in depth understanding of their needs. I write a proposal that - once signed by both parties - acts as a contract. Upon project initiation, I begin market research, then move into rough design phase, then editing/refining phase, then finalization. All of this process is outlined in detail within my proposals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have a BFA in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, and I am pursuing an MFA (proj. 2017)
