- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know that budgets are a sore topic because we ALL want magic but quiver at the possible cost. We love working with all budgets! Our fees are based on the scope of work, rentals that are needed, distance etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get to know our clients, their goals, and their vision for their events. How they want to feel and want their guest to feel. Once we have a good idea of the vision, we create a mood board to ensure we are on the same page. We want our clients to be excited and feel good through the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15+ years as Event Professionals in planning, design, catering, Interior design, project management and everything in between.
