We have used Aire Serv for HVAC work in both our rental property and our primary residence. I was more than satisfied each time. Firstly, I appreciate their diligence to service. They were on time and arrived exactly when they said they would. I appreciate that they took the time to explain what they were replacing and why. Additionally, we had initially gone with another company (prior to know about Aire Serv) and the prior technician did some pretty significant damage to our air conditioner - I appreciate the time the tech took to explain what went wrong with the original repair, that they fixed it quickly, and gave us tips to avoid having shoddy work done in the future. We will never use anyone else! We are more than satisfied!
