- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I start with a walk through in person or virtual. Ask the client a series of questions and determine their needs. Getting to know the family or person is very important. I then speak on the business and myself. Give an estimate and wait for the pleasure of cleaning their home.

I worked for a franchisee.

I’ve worked with all kinds. New mothers, essential workers and hospice patients. Single moms/ dad and new parents.
