Hello everybody thank you for looking at my profile just some things about myself and Company. My prices are low but competitive and my reviews, along with the 100 plus more referrals I have... not related to thumbtack reflect I do awesome work and you get more "bang for your buck". Im a family man that's been doing business for 22 years in high-end communities, since i was 19 years old. All my guys are family members or friends of family, in which you can trust in your home!! We have done a lot of work for thumbtack , but most of my work has been referrals. It is now time to expand, and giving out great prices to do so. we have started a cleaning business as well it is doing good now I'm ready to share it with my Thumbtack customers. Deep cleaning of residential and commercial property's, but no job too small or big!! We also have insurance up to a million dollars damage to private property and workman's comp, through State Farm, in which I would provide to you upon request (no insurance claims ever knock on wood lol). It's a new year great time to do interior painting and I'm giving out great prices to do that too! And to expand the cleaning side, I'm giving out great deals as well!! So will you help me fill up my schedule?

This was a small project, to repair water damage in the corner of a pantry and then repaint. Sean saw photos, gave us a quote and we set a time for him to perform the work. He arrived as scheduled and completed the job the same day. We are very pleased and would use him again on a larger project.

SnJ has pressure washed my front door steps, drive way, and deck. The deck was re-painted. Sean came to my house the first day and planned everything. I wasn't at there during the whole project. Sean informed me through text messages and photos. I had been made aware of each and every step going on at home even I was at work. Great job and service! I definitely recommend SnJ to anyone. I initially was looking for a painting and cleaning project after a tenant moved out. I found SnJ here and to find out Sean has other services like handyman and pressure washing. Sean visited my rental property and gave me a great price. He went above and beyond. He and his crew did some extra handyman tasks for me. Sean was very easy to work with and he tried his best to make sure I will be happy with the final product. I will let these photos to speak for his work. Yes very simple I price my job's a little bit High until I can get out and look at them and 90% of the time the price will drop!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To make sure everybody's properly introduced and the customer is comfortable also work in a professional manner as not to disturb our client or their neighbors.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated high school, but every summer since I was 15 years old I was in construction doing carpentry and painting. My dad was a foreman, major commercial building structures Panama City Florida, kind of runs in the family.
