- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client have different needs and cost is dependent on complexity of the situation. A free consultation is offered to discuss needs and then a proposal for the cost of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we start with a consultation to find out needs. After which we will collaborate and develop a plan on how to address and resolve those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of training in corporate accounting, finance and taxation (both business and personal).
