Nick arrived on time the date of installed. He brought help to remove hot water heater from attic. Old hot water heater removed, new 75 gal heater installed, piping and overflow tank installed to code. Thanks to Nick for job well done, will use Plumbarius for future plumbing issues.....

Flat Rate pricing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will talk about there plumbing problem on the phone. Diagnose the problem. Give the customer a flat rate price over the phone and if they diagnostic is right and then I stick to the price that I quote over the phone
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to get 4 credited college hours a year from a state certified GA continuing education affiliate.
