Nick responded right away to my request for a leaky hot water heater and provided me the correct assessment for the repairs. I would choose all 5 adjectives but it only allowed me to choose 3. The minute I did the request on thumbtack, Nick responded. This was after 9 pm. He asked a few questions and was here before 10 am the next morning. Very polite and had the job done in less than 15 mins. Reassured me I wouldn’t need a new water heater. I will hire him again. Hopefully I won’t have to though. THANKS NICK.

Brandon was quick to respond. He gave me a fair deal and I acted upon it. My hot water heater went out on Sunday, I called on Monday morning…by 2 pm my new tank was installed! He went over his work, explained what was next, checked the water pressure, made sure water was being heated properly, cleaned up and was done in less than 2.5 hours. I will definitely use him again.

Hot water back on! Fast turn around. Contacted them Saturday afternoon and they were able install a new water heater for me that Sunday morning (under 24 hours). Scope of Work completed: They picked up the new water heater for me, uninstall the old water heater (and discarded it), installed the new one, and tested it to ensure it worked. Recommended and I’d use them again. Thanks Nick.

Will talk about there plumbing problem on the phone. Diagnose the problem. Give the customer a flat rate price over the phone and if they diagnostic is right and then I stick to the price that I quote over the phone

I have to get 4 credited college hours a year from a state certified GA continuing education affiliate.
