I would HIGHLY recommend Nick. His responses were quick and he came the next day to diagnose the issue. He saved me money by letting me know the part I needed could be gotten from the manufacturer for free because of a recall. (He could have charged me for ordering the part and I wouldn’t have known.) He followed up with me to check on if I received the part and came the next day when I received it. He was very helpful, pleasant and reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

The Plumbarius Co. was punctual, did quality work, quickly responded to my emergency plumbing issue and resolved the problem. Flat Rate pricing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will talk about there plumbing problem on the phone. Diagnose the problem. Give the customer a flat rate price over the phone and if they diagnostic is right and then I stick to the price that I quote over the phone
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to get 4 credited college hours a year from a state certified GA continuing education affiliate.
