Introduction: EZ Pours & Plates provides Catering and Bartending services and was established in June 2020. Erica provided exclusive catering services and found her love and art for designer foods, and became THE Picasso to the plate. Erica worked for many restaurants, where she gained even more skills in addition to watching MasterChef in the kitchen, and she picked up the trade of creating ingredients that went onto the tray to create a dish from scratch.
