The experience went very smooth. Emmanuel Response was quick and explained all the work. He Came and replaced the furnance two days later. Spent almost an hour diagnosing the problem and half day replacing the unit.
Pricing was reasonable. Not the cheapest by a little bit but we went with him because he seemed to know what he was talking about and seemed extremely professional.
I hope the unit keeps working, so far no issues. We will call him again for any future issues.
