When working with a new customer, I keep everything clear, simple, and honest: 1. On-Site Inspection • I walk through the home, check the problem areas, and show the customer exactly what needs attention. • For ducts, carpets, chimneys, or dryer vents, I always show before photos when possible. 3. Professional Service • I protect the customer’s home (shoe covers, drop cloths, etc.) • I use the proper tools and methods for each service. • I keep the customer updated as I work. 4. Before & After Review • I show the customer the results so they can see what was cleaned. • I explain anything I noticed and give helpful tips for maintenance. 5.
