Mother in law had an issue with her alarm, the outlet was dead. I put in a request yesterday and Jay responded quickly and we set up an appointment for today. He came from across town on a Friday in rush hour traffic and was able to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. He even corrected the wiring so mom won’t have an issue in the future.
