I am a certified qigong & meditation teacher, energy healer, and offer flower essence therapy. I am also trained in trauma-informed hatha yoga, and am registered with Yoga Alliance. My approach emphasizes gentle, sustainable, and embodied transformation and growth that can be applied to personal or professional goals. All sessions are done over the phone or by Zoom, making them convenient and accessible.
