Dion is a very nice gentleman. He was punctual and responded to my texts beforehand promptly. He did however misunderstand that I did NOT have a ladder for this project, which was the point of hiring someone to hang lights, and was something I was clear about in my advertisement and texts. I don't think anything went well for him today regarding this project. I actually felt bad for him. In the end, some of the project is finished.
