Lp Cleaning Services did a decent job in cleaning our home, but left without finishing a treatment for our slate floors in the kitchen, because of an agreed upon issue with the product, which was fine with us. The issues we had with this however, is that Lp promised to return the following Monday to finish the floor as well as provide us a receipt for the cleaning so we could be reimbursed by the homeowner. Lp did not show up Monday, and after texting them, we were promised that they would come back Tuesday. They did not come back Tuesday as well and by that time I was frustrated and text them on Wednesday and stated that I was not worried about the floor anymore nor interested in having them do the floor, but that I NEEDED the receipt in order to recoup the cost of the cleaning from the homeowner. My text was ignored, and I sent one last text about 5 days later to ask for only the receipt, one last time, which has been ignored as well. I would not recommend this cleaning service for the total lack of professionalism that has been displayed. We are very disappointed because initially, we looked forward to some type of regularly scheduled cleaning from them, because their actual service was solid, but the professionalism is sorely lacking.

Also will be like to give you two free rooms of cleaning as well. To all potential clients on behalf of Lp Cleaning Service we would like to apologize in advance for the bad review. We can assure you that this is not an ongoing situation with our company. We are a new upcoming company that is in the beginning stages of business. We appreciate your understanding of this situation, and can assure you that this will not be happening again. To Mr. Corey B Lp Services will be giving you a call to schedule a future half off cleaning on our behalf due to our inconvenience. Again we are truly sorry for the troubles we may have caused you.
