This was my first ever home cleaning. Truth be told I always thought it was silly to pay for a job you could do yourself. But not to this quality! The two workers turned the house immaculate. 3 floors and they cleaned everything. There was a canyon of difference in cleanliness of my home between when they arrived and when they finished. An excellent investment.
Also, their name is fitting because when they were done everything really did SPARKLE & SHINE 🤩

If I could check all the boxes for 5 star I would - app only allows 3. I needed cleaning very last minute for a large house and was so impressed with everything from responsiveness to arrival to cleaning products used, thoroughness of cleaning, professionalism and personality of owner. Wonderful!

Would have liked to rate the team higher but the experience was average overall. I requested the service after a remodel project and needed a deep clean. The cost was higher than most estimates received but the reviews had me choose Sparkle. Overall they did ok, but there was dust and dirt still visible easily when I walked through after. They had to come back in the house and spot clean those places. I was expecting to be wow’d with the cost but overall was just ok.

However I would like to mention that the dust and dirt that you discovery was found on the walkthrough. The walkthrough of your home was part of the guarantee. We make sure before living any home to go over everything we clean with each and every client. If we discover any thing that our clients are not satisfied we go back and re clean because it’s part of our guarantee. I was with the impression that you was very satisfied before we left your home.
