What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off the size of the yard an if trimming is also needed I do $5 per bush I also an if you need weeds sprayed I do the best I can to work with clients on prices but I also can be low balled I take pride in my work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out everything that’s is expected to be done give out an estimate upon seeing pics of their yard I love to take before an after pictures to show off my work
