- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the square footage of the home including basements. I also offer mold inspection and air quality testing as well as radon testing and energy auditing for additional fees. Ask us for bundle prices that work best for your needs and the current discounts available for your area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Real estate transactions can be difficult at times but the inspection process shouldn't be. I inspect your home as if I were inspecting a home for my own family where safety is as much of a focus as the structure would be. I am here to share my 15 years of experience in inspection with you as we walk through the entire house discussing each component and how it should be maintained to maximize the expected life time of the home. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors which requires all members to complete continuing education courses every year. I am also a trained member of the International Association of Indoor Air Consultants. I have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering as well as over 15 years of military and contracting experience.
