My pricing is transparent and structured based on the type of service you need. Grant Writing & Business Plan Development A consultation is required before beginning any grant or business plan project. This allows me to review your organization, clarify scope, and provide accurate flat-rate pricing. Grant and business plan services are offered as structured packages. Growth Strategy Sessions Growth Strategy Sessions are booked as paid sessions. These standalone sessions focus on marketing clarity, positioning, visibility, and growth direction for your business. There are no hidden fees. Scope, deliverables, and payment terms are clearly outlined before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is structured, clear, and designed to ensure the right fit before any work begins. 1. Initial Consultation or Discovery Call The first step depends on the service: Grant Writing & Business Plan Development → Free consultation Growth Strategy Sessions → Paid session booking This conversation allows me to understand your business, goals, timeline, and specific needs. 2. Scope & Proposal Based on our discussion, I outline the recommended service, deliverables, timeline, and flat-rate pricing (if applicable). 3. Agreement & Onboarding Once approved, we finalize the agreement and gather any required documents or information to begin. 4. Development Phase Depending on the service selected, I (or my team, where applicable) begin: Business plan development Grant research and/or grant proposal writing Growth strategy session delivery You will receive updates, drafts (if applicable), and opportunities for feedback throughout the process. 5. Review & Finalization We review deliverables together and make necessary revisions before completion. For clients who need ongoing support, I offer IT support through trusted team members. My goal is to keep the process organized, professional, and efficient from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 30 years of experience in business operations, strategic support, and client services, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. I also hold certificates in: Business Fundamentals Accounting & Finance Basics Human Resource Development Project Planning Sales & Marketing Management Essentials Organizational Systems Improvement In addition to formal education, I’ve worked closely with startups, service-based entrepreneurs, and nonprofit founders to develop professional business plans and support grant research and grant writing. I also completed professional business coaching through FocalPoint, which strengthened my leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. I stay current with business planning standards, grant requirements, and funding trends to ensure my work is practical, relevant, and competitive.
