Introduction: My passion is making people look great and I think everyone deserves a fantastic image of themselves, I want to give my clients images they will love for a life-time. I love people and bringing out their personalities into their images. I enjoy being creative and bring this into every session. I also LISTEN to my clients and what they want and then work to deliver their wishes. The session is about you! I always try to answer "yes" to your needs and be as flexible as I can. I can do your session in my studio or on location whichever you prefer. Along with my photography I can offer make-up artistry and a huge client wardrobe you are welcome to look through (for women, no men at this time), or help you pull a look together with your own clothes, to help make you feel and look AMAZING! (I specialize in fashion, beauty/glamour and boudoir and also shoot pin-up) Along with graduation, engagement and family sessions. Recently one of my fashion sessions was published!

Engagement Photography

Renee was beyond wonderful to work with. Her assistants were attentive, friendly and very helpful! Admittedly I was a little nervous before arrival, but Renee made us feel very comfortable from the start and absolutely took her time to ensure she took beautiful photos. She was extremely patient with us and our pushy Clydesdale horse! A photoshoot that I thought we would be spending a quick hour on we stayed for close to three! The experience itself was so much fun! Ourselves and family/friends were blown away by the images we received and I know we will cherish them forever. Thanks Renee!

Headshot Photography

This was my first project in pursuit of modeling headshots. I had no idea what I was doing and Renee could not have been more of a blessing. From her professional advice and terrific, comforting direction while shooting to her kindness and willingness to do a thorough job, Renee Rogers was hands down the best pick I could have hoped for. Photos turned out excellent and I also have a tool box of information to take with me professionally.

Boudoir Photography

What an amazing experience I had at Renee Rogers Photography. I had an adult birthday shoot followed by a boudoir shoot. My results were fabulous. I am so glad I celebrated my 64th birthday with Renee. Renee did my makeup, including false eyelashes and my hair. She knows what looks good in pictures!!!!

I got the pleasure of working with this sweet lady today. She worked with me, my fiancé, and hardheaded pup! I would definitely use her again for any up coming photo shoots and would recommend to others! Can’t wait to see her amazing work!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am not cheap but I am affordable and fair. I offer discounts for referrals, and I have packages that reflect discounts. Prices depend on the services you want. Since I have to pay taxes and I constantly improve my photography knowledge by investing in workshops and continuing education along high quality equipment ( necessary tools of my trade) my pricing has to reflect the cost of doing business legally and being able to provide for my clients' needs. I think people think we just have a camera and that's it. There is a big difference in a pro photographer and someone who just has a cheap camera and pays no taxes.😊 Occasionally I will have to pay other people for use of locations and props (like when I hired a camel for use in a models’s photo shoot). A great perk I offer is a large client wardrobe you are welcome to use, at no cost to you. As of now it is for just women, I have a variety of sizes and styles including some plus sizes. Much of it is designer, lots of formal evening wear and trendy styles. Some clients schedule a fitting appointment beforehand or arrive a little early to their booking to go through the wardrobe. Some bring their own stuff. It’s totally up to you. I am also a makeup artist and if you need one it is only $35 with your session. (Per person). Depending on the package you order, sometimes it is included. Glamour sessions are highly encouraged to have a makeup artist. Me or someone else. If you are good at makeup, and wish to do it yourself, that's great and I will send you tips. I have several packages, to fit your needs, including a la cart. Prints come with the corresponding social media image.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually, we discuss what kind of look you are going for, what you hope to use the pictures for (gift, prints, portfolio, wall decor etc). Many times we make an appointment (no charge) before the session and go through my client wardrobe I have, or discuss your own wardrobe for best choices, great pictures are not an accident. Sometimes we use your stuff, sometimes mine and sometimes a mix! Then we do makeup and hair if requested. Normally we have already decided if this is a location shoot (outside somewhere) or studio. I do a lot of location shooting using natural light, but sometimes weather or client's preference dictates indoor studio work! I give my all into every shoot. I want those pictures to be the best you have ever had! I want you amazed at how great you can look and to be excited to share them! I want you to feel confident with me.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My own background is fashion- having modeled for over a decade in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, (print work and runway) and then owning my own agency. Now that experience is serving me well to help you find the most flattering pose for your body and/or for headshots- I take your images seriously -but we have fun with it! Also participating in workshops and further education in photography and editing -constantly.
