* Answered the telephones, greeted applicants, showed the units available for rent
* Supervised up to six people and vendors
* Qualified applicants for move in
* Completed necessary paperwork for move outs
* Collected and deposited rents into the proper accounts
* Prepared bid packages for vendors, effectively implemented marketing materials and controlled spending to stay within the annual budget

* Completed necessary paperwork to open or close the business.
* Set up and worked main or the service bar and took orders to make drinks.
* Cash the customer out
* Oversaw the operations of the shift worked.
