- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Active duty, reservists, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, all other first responders, teachers, and nurses receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we assess the problem through an interview with the customer to hear their concerns and answer any questions. Next, a thorough inspection is completed. Then an estimate is created that outlines a solution based on customer requirements and the problem they are having with their home. Upon acceptance of the proposal, materials are selected, ordered, and delivered to the customer address. Finally, the work is carried out by are highly trained, professional labor force.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in construction most of my life. My time in the Marine Corps is the longest exception. I am HAAG certified as both a residential and commercial inspector. I have worked for various insurance companies to carry out third party inspections, giving me great insight to the processes and expectations of different insurance carriers. I have been in roofing for 14 years. I started Semper Fi Roofing and Restoration nine years ago.
