I was in urgent need of having my Water Heater replaced. I contacted several via Thumbtack with one which I was serious about hiring, but he kept pushing the date back and I needed someone urgently, so after being let down by the initial Water Heater installer, I found Derek of Legacy Property Solutions and WOW what fantastic service! I had contacted Derek after hours and he got back to me immediately and arranged for him to come the next day. He kept in touch throughout the morning to ensure I was familiar with the various models of the Water Heaters. Decided to go with Bradford White brand as it seemed to be a great American Made brand with great warranty by manufacturer and also great warranty from Derek for labor. Derek promptly arrived after lunch time and talked me through what he was going to be doing and carried out the removing the old and replacing with the new water heater. To summarize, Derek of Legacy Property Solutions is a very reliable, honest, flexible and reasonably priced plumbing services provider who greatly cares about his customers and carries out first class quality of work. Highly recommended !!!
