- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many variables when it comes to pricing. PCQ prices are determined by quantity of rooms and bathrooms, square footage of space, type of cleaning, cleaners travel, labor, supplies and-other additional services customer requests. All customers should know that we have fair market prices and they are receiving quality service for those prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is unique at PCQ. Our process is to make sure that there are no communication gaps, customize a cleaning service plan designed with your needs in mind to ensure the customer gets exactly what they are paying for maybe even a little more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training started in house at age 3. I had daily chores throughout grade school, and every other Saturday my siblings and I deep cleaned our home. I worked as a housekeeping supervisor at the Westin Savannah Harbor for quite some time. There I attended several trainings and trained all new on-boards, and interns for the housekeeping department. I was able to display my cleaning skills, which is how I gained the title “supervisor.”
