Shortly after submitting my request for service, I received a message from Stan...it was 5:50 am on a Sunday! He called me a couple of hours afterwards to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he assessed the problem rather quickly and made the necessary repairs. In no time, my AC was up and running! Choose this company now! Stan is amazing. We first asked another company for an estimate. My grandmother was being targeted and up-charged for unnecessary services by the other company. Then Neighborhood Hero HVAC swooped in and saved the day. I’m so blessed and grateful that Stan came short notice and repaired my grandmother’s HVAC system on the spot and fast!
