FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80/hour for labor, with some flat-rate pricing available for common tasks. Material costs are separate but always disclosed up front. I offer free estimates and never surprise you with hidden fees. If a job takes less time than expected, I adjust the final invoice fairly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers should know what result they want, what budget they’re working with, and if there are any time constraints. It helps to have photos or measurements ready. The more info you can give upfront, the faster and more accurately I can help you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First, I ask for details about the project, including photos if possible. Then I provide a free estimate and walk them through the scope of work. Once approved, I schedule the job, show up on time, and complete the work efficiently—keeping the customer informed the entire way.
