House Cleaning

I don't typically do this but my experience was not very positive. The ladies who came to clean my house were pleasant and worked quickly but they missed a lot of things that were frankly obvious. They didn't clean our backslash, wipe down our appliances, or clean the grating on the stove. Its on me for not having caught it before they left but I didn't even think to check. I offered feedback to the owner and said I'd give them another shot, and after a miscommunication, we agreed they would come back on a certain day. Not only did they not show up, the owner ignored my messages. Had it not been a critical request (we were having guests), I probably wouldn't be writing this review but they left us in a bad spot by not following up on their agreement. I wish the owner the best but I do feel we should be accountable for our actions and commitments.

I have message stating we called and got no answer once drivers were on the way, customer was notified that the spot was on the stove will need to be cleaned further and we were not able to remove what was on stove. And yes cleaners should have cleaned appliances. Again appointment was kept and no answer from drivers. We are very busy and return all calls. If anyone was to try and reach us @770/744-8346
