K & K did a large sod and grading project for me this summer. They removed the existing lawn, graded the yard to allow better drainage, installed a drainage kit, and then laid the sod. This was approximately 1/3 acre project. They also reduced an island in the front yard and created two smaller islands and replaced the removed area with sod. My yard looks amazing now, I receive a compliments from everyone who sees it. Before their work, I had two areas that were large mud spots where water settled and ruined the landscaping. I also retained water on the side of my house that was slowly killing the grass. Now I have a very nice thick lawn of Bermuda grass, the drainage has worked perfectly. This company does a great job and works hard to provide customer satisfaction.
