FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do require half the deposit on all orders at least 3 to 4 days in advance so I can secure your spot and get whatever materials I need. The rest is due upon delivery/pickup. Delivery fees $10 for standard orders and $15 for large orders. Final pricing on all orders will be discussed, so you'll know what you're paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, my company and my concept. Show them my work. Let them know I am here to help them figure out what they want, and the best way to go about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned an associate's in Baking and Pastry Arts from Le Cordon Blue in 2015. While in school, I worked in internship for Sweet Auburn Bakery. Over the course of 5 years I've worked in a bakery, a restaurant, and a country club, so I've seen multiple sides of serving.
