Luis did an excellent job explaining what was happening, why it was a problem, and what we could do to resolve it. He was also upfront that while some things could become a problem, they weren't ones yet, and delaying it would be fine. It felt like he was dealing with me as he would a family friend. The only mark against them is that Luis said he had left instructions to bring out some spray to eat away at the bacteria that had formed, and Jose had no record of that. He said he addressed the bacteria, but it sounded like it was a slightly less elegant solution than the spray Luis said they would bring out, so that was disappointing. It wasn't central to the job, so I didn't make a big deal about it. Other than that one minor thing, everything about the experience was A+.

The appointment was surprisingly fast to set up and Cesar was on time. We quickly reviewed the issues with the AC unit. Cesar narrowed down the issue very quickly and had the part on his truck. Installed the part, testing the freon levels and we were done. I greatly appreciate how friendly and effective Cesar was in supporting our needs. We'll use Climate Heroes again!!!

Our prices are average with HVAC prices in Atlanta and our service is top of the line.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer raises a concern, we begin by inspecting the issues they’ve asked us to investigate. Once we identify the source, we assess the severity of the problem and escalate it to either our service or installation team for resolution. Our team then addresses all concerns with the homeowner’s system, ensuring everything functions correctly. Afterward, we conduct follow-up check-ins to confirm the system continues to operate smoothly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians and installers are fully trained, licensed, and insured in the State to Georgia. We also regularly attend up-skill training with all field employees to make sure they stay up to date on new processes and technology.
