I was promised to electronically file my returns prior to the cut-off on 11/30/2024. There is a person named Ambrose with the title Business Expense Organizer. You think you are getting a CPA to complete your returns and this same person does the work with little or zero oversight from a CPA. Then he offered me a $550 refund then reneged on that offer. This was a bad experience and cost me a-lot missed deadline charged for servicesI did not receive
