Ersula was a life saver!!! I had a huge deadline for Monday and she worked with me all weekend to get a personal statement completed.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Clients should ask themselves these pertinent questions: Is this exploratory-only research to find someone to partner on my project or am I ready to hire now? If the answer is you're now ready to hire, please consider your budget and know exactly what your project requires. My base rate is $30/hr. Although it may be necessary to include a premium fee for projects with a short or urgent turnaround deadline, I am able to offer a flat fee pricing structure to support my potential client's reasonable budget. I also require a deposit prior to the start of each project. Deposit amount depends on a variety of factors and will be defined in the proposal I draft for each project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    For all clients, I like to conduct a complimentary consultation to assess their projects, budget, and deadline. I then draft a proposal defining our working relationship so that there are no surprises during the engagement. Open and honest communication is key to any successful working relationship. As such, if I can not meet your deadline, I will let you know and pass on the project.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University and I hold the Certified Administrative Professional with an Office Management designation from the International Association for Administrative Professionals. I also have over 20 years' experience.
