Introduction: I'm dependable and trustworthy. I am also very meticulous with my work, while still adhering to the project deadlines set forth by my clients in our initial agreements. I am willing to travel where needed, within 15-20 miles, & I am willing to service outside of that 20 mile area with a set per diem rate agreed upon by both parties before appointment is officially set. I've always found cleaning to be very therapeutic. Even before I lived on my own, but especially now that I've had to take care of my own home. I have come to notice that I am completely unable to feel at home or relaxed if my home is cluttered and/or unsanitary to any degree.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    (3) What are my rates? I have always set rates by, not only the size of assignment, but also on the condition of the assigned area. I do this because some tasks may be equal in size, but may require more time and effort than others. (4) How do I calculate the difference in rates should your assignment require more attention? Every assignment rate is negotiable. I usually start with the base rate for a place your size, that requires minimal attention, and we can negotiate from that point until a fair rate is agreed upon by both my client and myself. (3) Am I willing to travel outside of the pre-set 40 mile radius of 31093? I am available outside of the 40 mile radius, but any assigned area outside of that 40 mile radius, will require a pre-negotiated per dium rate for travel time and expenses. *Please Note* Although this rate will be reasonable, it must be negotiated and agreed upon, by both the client and myself, before an appointment is officially set and services are rendered.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    When I was younger, I only provided these services on an as needed basis for spending money to hang out with friends on the weekends. By my teenage years I had aquired a position doing this for an apartment complex before units were inspected and leased to the next tenants. I had also gained 3-4 pretty steady clients outside of my employment with the apartment complex. After having my daughter in 2008, I hadn't given too much thought to returning to this industry as it was on an as- needed basis. Once I was able to return to the workforce, the job-hunt was seemingly bleek. There seemed to be no jobs anywhere. I eventually took odd jobs in this field again, just to make ends meet, but soon realized I made more steady income this way than I was chasing non-existent job opportunities in the midst of a recession, when I could be making steady income doing something that I'm good at and genuinely enjoy doing!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Dusting shelves/nic-nacs/ceiling fans/blinds, floor care involves sweeping/mopping/ vaccuming, I also wash dishes, clean windows, scrubbing toilets, showers, sinks, counter tops, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, microwaves, etc. I've pretty well done it all, so don't please don't hesitate to ask, because chances are, I'll be up for the challenge!
