Ricardo was amazing to work with. We were having every room, ceiling, baseboard, door… pretty much the entirety of the inside of our home repainted/redone whilst preparing to move out of state. He was extremely flexible with us and was timely and efficient. We had to move stuff from room to room etc, so it ended up taking a few days more over a period of a couple weeks but that was no fault of his, we just had nowhere to store our stuff! He came the day after we moved out and finished the job, perfecting all the little details that couldn’t be done with us there. I would definitely hire Ricardo again!

As an aside, I would recommend buying the paint yourselves and maybe get a better price. Otherwise definitely would hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and customized based on the size and complexity of each project. I also do my best to be flexible and find the best solution for each customer’s budget and needs without compromising the quality of my work. Before starting any job, I clearly explain everything that is included in the estimate so my customers know exactly what they are paying for. My commitment is to provide high-quality workmanship, complete transparency, and no hidden costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is clear and objective communication to fully understand exactly what the customer wants. I ask which areas will be painted, how many rooms are included, and whether the project involves only the walls or also ceilings, doors, trim, cabinets, and other details. Then I help the customer choose the best paint and finish for each area. Next, I carefully protect the work areas, properly prepare all surfaces, and complete the painting with close attention to detail. Before finishing, I perform a final inspection and leave the area clean to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My greatest training comes from the hands-on experience I have gained since 2016. Over the years, I have continued to improve my skills by working on residential and commercial painting projects. I have also developed extensive knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and finishes, allowing me to help each customer choose the best option for every room based on durability, ease of cleaning, and the final look they want to achieve. I am always looking to improve my knowledge so I can provide high-quality workmanship and results that exceed my customers’ expectations.
