- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are based on truck volume or the amount of space a client's items occupies on our 17 foot box trucks. We do not have hourly rates or over-time charges. Additional light demolition work is negotiated and special items include surcharges for the extra cost of proper disposal. This information can be found under "Rates" on our website. Don't overpay for dumpster rentals; Renting dumpsters requires you to fill it yourself and you still have to pay full price, regardless if you fill it or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins by discussing a client's service needs over the phone. A description of the job is provided and if needed, we'll come in person to give a free estimate/quote. We set a date/time that is convenient for you and arrive ready to knock our cleanup job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We know all legal methods to properly dispose of unwanted junk. Our first goal is to recycle everything we can. Most items are hauled to local recycling centers, donated, and lastly properly disposed in local landfills.
