- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For costumers paying out of pocket we try to be as reasonable as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starts with a free inspection and trying to find the source of the moisture. Once that’s been found we can take out the wet materials, treat the affected areas, next is cleaning any airborne contaminants, then we begin the drying process. Once it’s dried we can begin put back of drywall, flooring, paint etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my technicians and I are certified for water and mold removal.
