- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I love to use local, fresh and quality ingredients in my food. My prices may be slightly more expensive because of those variables, but I am willing to work with clients and their budget to make sure they are completely satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, I love to talk to them to get an understanding of what their likes, dislikes, food allergies and preferences are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have culinary diploma from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
