I understand my prices are a little pricy but the reason being , I have experienced too much hard ship with previous customers of whom I have reduced my price for and took that for granted on a whole Nother level. I am responding to my neighbor’s Review on Loranzo. Drive way was not left dirty by him it was our community landscapers that did that . Loranzo attempted to clean it but landscapers told him don’t worry about it! Loranzo does awesome work ! He volunteered to cut down my unwanted trees for free , but I wanted to pay him. He is hard working , kind hearted and try’s his best to make his customers happy ! It’s sad to see his two bags of Fertilizer being ripped apart by customers dogs and she didn’t seem to care. I feel for this hard working man . Please help support Loranzo and yard man Hawaii ! Love, Rosetta Lunquest

Yes Ma’am I was trying to clean the drive way but the landscaping guy told me he was going to take care of that later. Unfortunately my customer is upset because her stepping stones were muddy and the fact that her dogs are not trained well broke my heart when they went through and ripped my two bags of Fertilizer that I bought with my own money to make an attempt to give this customer my best ! It’s sad that after All I have Done Mrs. Barbra”Bobbi” is still not happy and it breaks my heart!

Lorenzo is a nice guy, but I wouldn't hurt him again. I hired him to install sod, in the bare patches in my yard, and while I appreciate the labor he put in to cover those spots, by the time he left my yard looked worse than it ever did before. The sod looked uneven and my yard was covered in dirt and mud and rocks, which was so disappointing since the entire reason I wanted sod installed was to cover the dirt/mud patches to help keep my dogs feet cleaner before they came inside. I spent the next three hours raking up the dirt and rocks, detaching the mud they was packed on top of my already existing grass, scaping packed on mud off my walkway stones, and sweeping up all the dirt and rocks he left in my driveway. I spent so much time and effort trying to get my yard looking decent again, I really wish I never hired him. This is how he left my yard in the images, everywhere you see dirt, lies real healthy grass beneath, and I had to spend the rest of my day trying to reveal it again.

I am very hurt that you would accuse me of damaging your sprinklers when I was very Delicate and careful ! I was so heart broken and overwhelmed to find dog poop in all the areas of where you wanted work to be conducted and further more your dogs broke my two bags of Fertilizer that I bought with my own money as a courtesy to see through that the job would result to acceptable work. I decided to add $50 for property damage of my materials which is the reason for the additional $50 . I forgive you have a great evening!
