Introduction: Hi, my name is Taylor and I am a Holistic Therapist. I help empower my clients through healing modalities to transform, connect, and deepen the meaning of daily life. My hope is to create a safe space for individuals to return to their authentic selves, wholeheartedly, through connection and tools that activate powerful action, creating a fulfilling and expansive life. The word holistic means that all part of ourselves are included in the experience of working together. A lot of my processes cover a variety of topics as you will see in my offerings. Everyone deserves to feel joy and ease in their life and I can offer tools to support what you are moving through whether it is personal or relational. I offer a free 20 minute consult and have different rates for single sessions versus packages! Offerings: Within my team of 10 people, we offer therapy, private yoga, nutrition coaching, physical rehabilitation, soul coaching, private chef and performance experiences. We come to you or you can travel to us! We host sacred experiences including ceremonies such as cacao ceremonies, weddings and baby blessings. It’s my calling to provide guidance to reset, activate, and restore the internal processes between mind and body. Changing your relationship with your mind and body are required in order to change your relationship with life, food, etc. Everyone should feel good in their own body and learn to appreciate the journey along the way. It’s my passion to guide and educate you along your journey to set you up for a lifetime of sustainable results. This is not a diet, but a lifestyle prescription.
