Brenten was professional and responsive as well. He assessed the situation with the high pitched sounds during toilet flushing. He changed the parts on the toilet. I also decided to change a faucet to a bathroom basin. He returned the next day with a new fixture, and made the change. The faucet change was not part of the original request.

Professional, communicative, attentive, friendly, double-checks work and cleans up. This job was for a disposal replacement. I reviewed with him a couple of other projects I wanted to look into. He demonstrated a balance of need/practicality/problem solving without trying to “sell a project” to me. I look forward to having Brenton as “my plumber” for my future needs.
