Brenten was professional and responsive as well. He assessed the situation with the high pitched sounds during toilet flushing. He changed the parts on the toilet. I also decided to change a faucet to a bathroom basin. He returned the next day with a new fixture, and made the change. The faucet change was not part of the original request.
