Chris responded very quickly to our request for help with a refrigerator that was not cooling properly. He was very professional in his approach, diagnosed the problem and arrived the next day with the needed part. His charges were reasonable and we will definitely call on him again if needed for future appliance repairs. He was a joy to talk to and recommended preventive maintenance which we can follow.

CMA is great! I thought I might have some issues with my washer so had them come out. Instead of jumping to a repair immediately, they provided maintenance recommendations. I'll definitely contact them in the future for any appliance needs.

Chris responded ASAP to my request to check my leaking LG washer, kept me updated on his arrival time and quickly checked out the dryer which he could not find a problem with but must have rebalanced it. It’s not leaking anymore. He was upfront and informative. I was sufficiently impressed to have Chris also advise on my Bosch dw which is tilting. I trust Chris will order the broken part and return to install it. He services all brands and will be my go to guy for all my appliances. I appreciate his work ethic and knowledgeability.
