Gosh, where do I start? I began working with Rain, the owner of 76 Sips Bar Company, on what became an amazing last-minute bar service for my sister's wedding. Thanks to Rain and her outstanding bartenders and barback, Keola and Halmon, along with personal photographer/assistant John, we were able to pull everything together beautifully in just two weeks!Throughout the night, our wedding guests showered us with praise, especially complimenting the custom beverages Rain created. 76 Sips Bar Co offers various packages a low, mid, and high--plus additional services. I chose the mid package along with a refreshment station and the Alcohol Shop with Delivery add-on, which provided a tailored shopping list and alcohol ordering, pickup, and delivery service on the event day (though note, alcohol purchases are made directly by the client).The mid package included two specialty cocktails, one complete bar setup for basic and classic cocktails, beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages (soda and juices), alcohol and mixer service, all necessary bar tools, supplies for two bartenders, and an elegant bar stand setup (Rain even added extra decorative touches like rattan lights!). Rain also designed a custom, hand-drawn printed color beverage menu, which featured our selected specialty cocktails--the Lychee-Hoo (Lychee Lemon Drop) and U-Be Mine (Ube Pia Colada)--as well as a crowd-pleasing specialty shot (POG Grapefruit), white wine, red wine, sparkling wine, and Maui Brewing Company beer.Throughout planning, Rain's communication was exceptional. Organizing the event from Chicago, I was initially overwhelmed, but Rain guided me every step of the way, significantly reducing my stress. Once the bar was set up, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Rain and her team truly went above and beyond by providing fresh juices, pures, and local ingredients at no extra charge, which I discovered is unique among local bartending services.One of my favorite moments was when the kids requested lava flow mocktails--Rain happily made them, and my nieces and nephews loved their custom-made drinks! The beverages were fantastic, the bartenders were warm and personable, and the service was simply outstanding!!!I genuinely can't wait to book 76 Sips Bar Co again. Mahalo nui loa, Rain, Keola, Halmon, and John! Let's definitely do this again, perhaps next time in Chicago !

Ahh!! Oh my goodness it was so fun having you Taylor!! You, your boyfriend, and Johnaca were such sweet and warm hearted people! I loved getting to know you and your family over the wedding and the past few weeks!! The wedding was lovely, and im really simply ecstatic that you guys enjoyed!! I CANNOT wait to bartend the next event with your family or friends and make it x10000 times better! I have many plans for ways we can make it even more fun. Perhaps we should try smoked grapefruit palomas next time! I know we initially discussed doing a paloma. We all had a blast. Jon took nearly 1.5k photos from the wedding on his Canon, and 41 short videos; free of charge of course. We’ll be editing them and putting them up shortly, and if youd like, sending you a trimmed down folder to look back on. Additionally, before we left I kept a handy printed menu for keepsake and left it with your boyfriend Darin. I don’t know what else to say honestly! I am so happy that my efforts upgrading the bar prior to the wedding and putting in the time, making gallons of fresh scratch ingredients for the wedding was well loved! The cute lava flows we did for the kids was oh so cute too. Once one had brought strawberries from the house out to us, they just started lining up. I have a cute photo of a little boy peeking over the bar watching one being made that I will be posting soon too. Fresh cream of coconut is oh so yummy!
