I was quoted $38 per hour: 3-4 hours. No where did the bid say ... nor was I told on the phone that it was $38 per person per hour. I did ask if more than one person would come and was told yes. 3 showed up. I was in a bind so I went with them. Maybe I should have known it was per person but the other bids were much clearer. This was one a bit deceptive. Not saying it was done on purpose ... but for someone who has not had house cleaned before it wasn't very clear. The house was cleaner than when I left it. It took them approx 2.5 hours. One bathroom floor was still dirty ... hadn't moved the bath rugs to clean underneath them. Hair, comet, pads, left in the sink; fixtures not cleaned, hair in bathtubs. Both bathrooms were looked like something I might do. The floors in the rest of the house were cleaned. Dusting was done. Kitchen sink ... okay ... but still not really cleaned. My wife would say more than this - she was not pleased. I've said enough. I'll not repeat. Again ... house was cleaner. But I expected better service for the money.
