When looking for a caterer for a work event, I came across 808 Meal Prep. I was hoping for a fully customizable menu and that is something that this company offers! Amy, the owner, was amazing to work with. She helped us create a menu that fit our budget. The whole experience from the moment we reached out to when we were eating our food at the event was absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks!!

Amy was so helpful! I needed last minute catering for my graduation party and she responded immediately with a great menu and quote. I opted for delivery and it was dropped of right on time and absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back if I need any catering in the future! Mahalo, Amy!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our catering based on what dishes and the number of people you need to feed. On average our basic buffets are around $25/per person and upscale buffets are around $45 per person. We also offer bentos for an average $10/per person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information upfront as possible. Venue, food type, head count, budget, service needs, and date. Once the menu proposal is sent you can look everything over before signing the contract. We can also make any changes you need before the final payment is made.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the industry for 10 years with a background in cooking, bartending, and event planning. I now own my own restaurant and am the head chef. I can still offer bartending and event planning services if needed.
